FAQs

  • Regular images will be provided in JPG format. Transparent images will be delivered in PNG format.

  • Each image will be delivered in square size suitable for social media and tall format typical for classic headshots. If you require any specific size or ratio, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your request if possible.

  • I am available to travel within the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Woodbridge, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Scarborough, etc. Please contact us for more details and to confirm availability.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or cash as payment options.

  • There is no cancellation fee if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of $50 will be charged during your next session. No cancellation fee is required for medical emergencies.

  • We obtain your approval of the images during the session before processing the payment; therefore, we do not offer refunds once the payment is processed.

  • Improve Art Inc. retains the copyright of the images for use in promotions on our website, social media, and in print. You are granted full permission to use them as you wish for personal or commercial purposes with unlimited usage.
