FAQs

Extra images are $50 each, and large catalogues are priced per image. Send me your product count and I will quote the whole catalogue as one number.

Styled scenes, custom props and sets, a food stylist, and model or hand talent. Everything beyond the base package is listed in the add-ons and quoted before booking, so there are no surprises on shoot day.

If your products need motion for ads or social, Package B captures both in one session, which costs less than setting up twice.

Photos as JPG, with PNG cut-outs for marketplaces and 32-bit TIF for packaging and print work. Video as MP4, with MOV masters (Apple ProRes, 4K, 10-bit colour) for agency and broadcast use.

Tips – Preparing Your Products

  • Send more units than we need. Two or three of each product covers dents, printing flaws, and handling marks.
  • Check the packaging. Straight labels, clean seals, and no scuffs. The camera sees everything at product distance.
  • Remove price stickers carefully before the shoot. Adhesive residue is slow to retouch out.
  • List your required shots. Marketplace requirements (Amazon white background, specific angles) should be written down before the session.
  • For food, bring extra ingredients. Hero dishes are built and rebuilt; backup portions keep the session moving.
  • Bring your brand reference. A link to your site or a printed label sheet keeps colour matching accurate.
  • Tell me the end use. Web listing, packaging print, and paid ads each call for different framing and file sizes.
  • Note any liquids or perishables in advance. Pour and steam shots need planning for rigging and cleanup.
